10 Products in 10 days… Day 1

Welcome Back…. Welcome back, welcome back, welcome baccckkk. Yea, it is totally a “Welcome Back Kotter” kind of day. I have been so busy in the past month and a half I have had no time to blog. I know, I need better time management skills.

Things have been good… trying to wind down from a crazy baseball season- but as you all know, such is life, and I am DEFINITELY not complaining. We are happy to be back to our own house though, with our own space, and our own car. Life=CRAZY.

Even though I have been gone for the past month and a half from the blogging scene,  I have been busy researching new beauty products so I can tell you all about them. So with this being said- I am dedicating my next 10 days to this blog. I am going to do a spot on “10 products in 10 days”- my favorite beauty products with a few newbies added in. It’s Day #1- should we get started?

Day #1- CHANEL Inimitable Intense mascara (color number 10)

Okay ladies- if you are like me- you have honestly tried over 100 mascaras in your lifetime. Just to be safe, probably even more than that. And what- in all reality, you have maybe found one or two that you like but you know in your heart you can find better?!

Well, I found THE ONE. Yes, the one mascara that makes my heart flutter faster every single day when I apply it. A mascara that not only doesn’t clump, but one that adds great length and volume in one swoop. It makes me look like I wear falsies everyday…. except without the annoying glue or horrible prices of the actual eyelash extensions.

Seriously- the holy grail of all mascaras.

I generally apply this mascara in about 2-3 coats on the upper lashes and once on the bottom lashes. It transforms my look and literally takes maybe 2 minutes. What an awesome time table in a seriously “hard to get out of bed- hit the snooze button three extra times” type morning.

I am always looking to make things easier in my daily routine and if I can start in the morning with my makeup- AWESOME.

#This is my absolute favorite single piece of makeup that I own.

***Easy tip: Apply Bare Minerals sheer powder foundation (20 seconds), swoop bronzer below the cheek bone to get rid of the puffy morning look and then down the neck to blend and around the hairline (15 seconds), curl lashes with eyelash curler holding 15 seconds on each side (30 seconds), apply CHANEL Inimitable Intense to lashes (2 minutes for application and drying time), top off with gloss of choice ( 5 seconds). — Literally it took you under 5 minutes to start the day looking gorgeous and fresh faced. How simple was that!
